Approve or decline
You always decide. Approving books the dates. Declining frees the request.

Tap Approve on a request. The dates are now booked for that item, and the customer gets an approval email.
#Request statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just arrived. Dates are not blocked. |
| Contacted | You have talked to the customer. |
| Approved | Dates are booked. |
| Picked up | The item is out. |
| Returned | The item is back and checked. |
| Closed | Done and paid. |
| Declined / Expired | Not going ahead. |
