Every request arrives in one list with an email alert. A request never books dates by itself.
#What a request shows
- Customer name, mobile number and email
- How they want to be contacted: Messenger, Viber, call or email, and the best time
- The items and dates they want
- Your extra fields, such as size, venue or quantity
#Email alerts and reminders
You get an email for every new request. If you have not touched a request, LaneRent sends you a reminder email so nothing gets forgotten.
#Contacting the customer
Tap Call or Message on the request. Your own phone or chat app opens. Talk about fitting, delivery or details, then come back to approve.
